This is the application form for the position of CEO, Alliance for Gambling Reform. Please refer to the Position Description. 

Selection criteria

We recognise that you might be applying even if you don't have everything on this list, but this list will give you an idea of how we will go about assessing applications. Please feel free to address this in your question responses. 

1. Mission and values alignment: demonstrated commitment to the cause or one that is closely aligned
2. Senior operating experience: ideally previous executive leadership or CEO experience, including interacting with and reporting to Boards
3. Leadership: a track record of leading teams to achieve impact while maintaining a healthy internal culture
4. Fundraising and commercial acumen: a history of securing significant funding from diverse sources or developing initiatives that have measurably advanced both an organisation's mission and financial health
5. Networks and power: comfortable operating at Federal political level, with relevant contacts

Applications will close at 11.59pm on 26 May, 2024.
